Ziggy Marley | Son of Bob Marley

Ziggy Marley stepped up to follow the footsteps of his parents, the legendary Bob Marley and his wife Rita. Just like his father and mother, Ziggy made a name for himself in the reggae scene. He formed the music group Melody Makers together with his siblings Cedella, Sharon, and Stephen. Their father wrote a song titled Children Playing in the Streets that became their first recorded single. The royalties earned from the song were all donated to the International Year of the Child by the United Nations. Ziggy and the group earned a Grammy Award for their album Conscious Party. Following the success of the music group, he later ventured into a successful solo career. He released several albums, including Wild and Free, Dragonfly, Fly Rasta, and Love Is My Religion.
