Warren Beaty and Annette Bening are often quiet about their marriage, but the two are among the most enduring pairs in their field.

The two go back to 1990 when Beatty was casting talents for the film Dick Tracy. No romantic sparks flew from that encounter, but that changed when their paths crossed again in 1991. After meeting with Bening to offer her a lead credit in the film Bugsy, Beatty instantly knew she was the one. More importantly, the actress realized then and there that the roles existed for them. Both actors kept their relationship professional during the entire shoot, but Beatty quickly acted on his feeling after everything wrapped up. Well, I guess you could say that everything worked out perfectly between the two because they’ll be celebrating their 29th anniversary this year. In a place filled with broken marriages, Beatty and Bening’s union certainly inspires unconditional love.
